Built by people who capture reality for a living.
OcuMap grew out of professional 3D laser scanning and mapping fieldwork — and out of watching valuable documentation disappear into folders nobody could navigate.
OcuMap started in 2017 as a platform for documenting roads and rail corridors — thousands of 360° images per route, organized on the map instead of buried in folders. The teams using it taught us something simple: documentation is only valuable if the person who needs it can find it, view it, and trust it years after it was captured.
Today, the same principle applies to buildings and facilities. OcuMap connects photos, 360° imagery, point clouds, drawings, and documents to the places they describe — organized by building, floor, and location — and preserves the originals so the record outlasts any single project, team, or software cycle.
We come from the field side of this industry. That shapes what we build: no proprietary hardware requirements, no format lock-in, and no project-count or asset-count limits on how much of your portfolio you can organize.
